The golf team had a decisive victory yesterday against Franklin Tech 19 to 5. Everybody contributed and I want to make a special mention to our new player Brandon Vreeland Who won his match also with a great score of 69. Great job team. 

There are a few slots left for the PSAT.  Any sophomore or junior wanting to take the test must be paid up no later than thisFriday, October 14th.  Test fee is $15.

Detention will be in room 121 at 2:30 please bring work to do or a book to read.

Student Council will be having a meeting after school today in room 210.  If anyone has any questions please see Ms. Royce in room 210.

College bound seniors should plan to apply for financial aid using the FAFSA as soon as possible.  It is suggested that you apply online, which is the fastest and most accurate way to apply.  A FAFSA Web Worksheet is available in Guidance to help organize information before beginning the online form.  Full paper applications are also available for students that don't have internet access at home.   

School Dance, Friday, October 14th from 6-9 pm, 3$ for students and 5$ for preregistered high school non-students. This event is sponsored by the Diversity! Club."


Pathfinder is hosting a free Financial Aid Night tonight in the school library for college bound juniors or seniors and their families.  Our guest speaker from Amherst College will explain the entire college financing process and be available to answer any questions.  Please let Guidance know if you plan to attend so we can have adequate seating and materials.
