ASVAB TESTING AT PATHFINDER

JANUARY 13, 2016

8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multi-aptitude test that consists of 8 individual tests and is available at no cost to juniors & seniors.  ASVAB scores are needed to enlist in the military after graduation, however, you are not obligated to join the military as a result of taking the test.  Many students take the ASVAB to explore possible civilian careers and have no interest in the Armed Services.

-----------------

To summarize, the ASVAB is a good option if you’d like to:

1.               Identify your military options

or

2.               Explore careers that match your interests & abilities

-----------------

Please come to Guidance to sign-up and get a permission slip, which is due no later than Friday, January 8th.
