Pathfinder's Chapter of the National Technical Honor Society was established 15 years ago. To be inducted students must be juniors or seniors with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or above and exhibit the qualities of skill, honesty, service, responsibility, scholarship, citizenship, and leadership. Each spring a formal induction ceremony is held in the school Library to honor the inductees. This is a favorite event for the proud families, as well as Pathfinder faculty and school committee members. At the conclusion of the ceremony Pathfinder's Culinary Arts Department invites all quests to the Tea room for some delicious and impressive desserts.
Over the past few years Pathfinder's Chapter of the National Technical Honor Society has established the practice of inviting underclass students as guests to the ceremony. These sophomores students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate potential for induction into the society.
