Pitcher, Teri Sears Walter had seven strike-outs and made five key defensive plays. Desiree Mann did an outstanding job behind the plate. In the late innings, Alexis Lloyd-Gemme mad two key plays at second base Kaitlyn Shepardson mad a great catch in left field and Hayley Morin had solid performance at first base. Offensively, Barb Churchill provided the spark of the team needed and Sam Larose had two key hits and provided smart base-running to secure the victory. It was a total team effort.

Yesterday, the Girls Junior Varsity Softball Team finished their season with a game at Bay Pth. The girls battled inclement weather of rain, hail and gusty winds and the Bay Path team proved too much for the Lady Pioneers. Kaitlyn Sheperdson had two RBIs, Barb Churchill went 2 for 2, and Kathy Wloch had a nice double to deep center field. Hayley Morin pitched a solid game. The team thanks all of the fans that supported them this season.
