The hospitality management program provides a student with a diverse experience in the hospitality industry. The program will be composed for four areas: dining room service in the schools Tea room restaurant, classroom theory, work-study program and working in all the kitchen areas with School. The hospitality program is focused on all aspects of customer service and enterpreneurship. The program will allow students to learn in a classroom setting and hands on environment with the restaurant and job shadowing. The students will receive training in OSHA, ServSafe and an array of positions throughout the hotel and restaurant industry. The program has set high expectations for students with strong support to assist students in reaching their professional goals.
